-=That's right. Ed's seated on the floor in front of the door with the door open. Cross-legged and contemplating, he watches the water swirl in the doorway as if it's held back by some unseeing force.=-

This is... weird. What's going on outside? -=He can see some kelp waving a bit here and there a school of colorful fish darting past, and then this huge pink manatee. But he doesn't know it's a manatee.=- What the hell is that?

-=The manatee seems to be coming closer. It's heading for the door.=- What the hell is... oh no, you're not coming in here! -=Better start closing the door-=-

MOOOOOOOOOO! -=There's now a cow head inside the door with a manatee body in the water!=-

AHHHHHH!!!! -=Yeah, that's a bit of a freak out, there.=-

I don't know. I don't have much experience myself with non-humans.

The only non-humans I've dealt with have been homunculus. Trust me, you don't want to deal with them.

They're creatures from beyond that claim they're better than humans, but all I've seen is their desire to become more human.
