-=The PCD clicks on without the owner being aware. The view is lovely, considering its of the ground. There's the sound of walking, and the screen is jumping in time with the movements of the person walking. The pace the person is taking is slow and measured, showing that they are cautious. And they might have never been here before.=-

-=There is a scraping sound when the person's thumb moves off the mic and then one can hear the owner mumbling to himself.=-

Dammit, I was too late. How the hell could I have been late?!

The scientists leave it for everyone when they first arrive. On my way, but I'll explain...

[Each of Al's inflections and his speech, the way he pauses on certain words, the way he'll add in a soft edge of a laugh or an imperceptible bit of hesitation, it's all him. After all, he's expressive even without a face. There are footsteps... with no accompanying clanking.]

Right now you're getting a lot of messages from people you don't know, who know you, right...? Well... they're not lying.

Nothing happened to Amestris, this is a separate incident. We've heard of parallel realities, right? Well, in a different world, there were some scientists that tried to control time and space, and broke it somehow. Not all worlds, realities and times are being compressed into this one place. People pop in with no warning from any point in their lives, and they leave the same way, with no warning.

[The video feed flicks on, and though it doesn't show his face, it's pointing down at Al's boots. He's... wearing pants. And a coat. And the way he moves is much, much too fluid to be armor of any sort.]

[A pause, and then Al's finger cut off the video feed, catching only his muted footsteps for a few moments.]

This place is amazing.

[He knows that Ed knows he's hiding something, but he's thankful his brother's let it be for the time being. The wonderful thing about Ed... he doesn't force Al to tell him things. Later, he'll tell him... but not now.]
